5K To Raise Funds For Haverford Township Library Renovations
Don't miss this weekend's Dewey Decimal Dash 5K and Fun Run that will help generate money for renovations at the library.

HAVERTOWN, PA – Runners in the Havertown area have a chance this weekend to improve their 5K times while helping support the Haverford Township Free Library with a 5K and fun run event.
The Dewey Decimal Dash 5K and Fun Run will be held Saturday, Nov. 11 at the library, 1601 Darby Road, Havertown.
The day begins at 7:45 a.m. with a group stretch led by Gina from Positivity Yogis.

The National Anthem will play at 7:55 a.m.
At 8 a.m., the one-mile Fun Run will step off. Then at 8:15 a.m. the 5K run will step off.

Registration for the 5K costs $30 and the Fun Run $15. Register online here.
Proceeds will be put toward renovations planned at the Haverford Township Free Library.
The course will start at the library, head down Mill Road to Karakung Drive, then to Manoa Rd and back to the Library.
Awards will be given to the top three finishers and the top finishers in all age groups.
There will be coffee, hot chocolate, water, and light refreshments at the event.
