HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on College Avenue in Haverford Township for several days this week, PennDOT said.College Avenue will be restricted between Walton Road and Haverford Road Monday, July 2; Tuesday, July, 3; Thursday, July 5; and Friday, July 6 for utility and traffic signal improvements.
