Delco Man Exchanged Explicit Photos With Teen: Authorities
The 24-year-old Drexel Hill man is facing more than 80 counts after authorities said he exchanged explicit photos with a 16-year-old girl.
DREXEL HILL, PA — A Delaware County man is under arrest and facing numerous child pornography charges after authorities in Montgomery County say he exchanged nude photographs with a juvenile patient at the Horsham Clinic while the defendant worked as a medical technician at the facility.
Tayib Inniss, 24, of Drexel Hill, has been charged with 80 felony counts, and one misdemeanor count, according to a criminal docket sheet in the case.
Inniss was arrested on Jan. 13 by the Hatfield Police Department in Montgomery County, court records show.

A police criminal complaint obtained by Patch that had been filed by Detective Ryan Saunders of the Hatfield Police Department shows that investigators had received an anonymous tip on Sept. 2, 2021, regarding the possible sexual abuse of a 16-year-old female known only as "B.G." due to her age and the nature of the alleged crimes against her.
The complaint states that the girl's mother had contacted police to say she found out her daughter had been talking with a male employee of the Horsham Clinic during the time the girl was hospitalized there in the spring of 2021.

Police say that the employee, identified as Tayib Inniss, 24, of Drexel Hill, Delaware County, had given the girl his phone number before her discharge and that the mother subsequently found a photo Inniss had sent to the teen showing his genitals.
The girl also said that she had sent nude pictures of herself to Inniss.
The mother also reported to police that she learned her daughter had made plans to meet up with Inniss for sex, and that the messages between the two also contained communications of a sexually explicit nature.
During police interviews, the girl said that she and Inniss also communicated with each other via Facetime, Snapchat and Apple iMessage.
"She described the communication between the two as being friendly at first but later changed to sexual and explicit conversations," the criminal complaint states. "During one of the conversations, she said that Mr. Inniss told her that he'd feel better talking to her if she were closer to the age of 18."
The complaint also says that Inniss had wanted to watch the girl while she was showing during her time at the Horsham Clinic, but that he would be unable to because there were "too many people around."
Investigators said that Inniss, in addition to sending sexually explicit photos of his body, also sent the girl videos of him having sex with other women. Police said they do not know if the women depicted in those videos were of the legal age of consent or not.
The complaint says that the victim and Inniss had also made plans to have "car sex," but that Inniss backed out on the planned date, saying he would be unable to meet up.
"The victim stated she believed she was in a relationship with Mr. Inniss," the complaint states. "The victim then explained that Mr. Inniss suddenly became distant towards her during the course of communication. The two stopped speaking to each other after he was informed that the victim told several other juvenile female friends who were also once patients of the facility she was there."
The victim ultimately ended communications with the defendant, the complaint states, although Inniss still attempted to contact her on several occasions.
Inniss was released from custody after posting bond.
Inniss faces dozens of felony counts including criminal solicitation and child pornography, in addition to a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors, according to court records.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine.
North Penn Now reported that the Horsham Clinic initially placed Inniss on administrative leave, but that it has since terminated his employment.
The Horsham Clinic offers behavioral health treatment services to children, adolescents and adults. It is located on Butler Pike in Upper Dublin Township.
