At the last hearing, 12/7/10, four township residents were granted party status. Haverford and LM solicitors cross examined Gregg Richardson, traffic Expert Rebuttal witness. Additional questions were asked by 2 of the resident parties.
Larry Waetzmann, Land Planning Expert, rebuttal witness was presented. The next hearing will see cross examination by Twp Solicitors and the 4 Haverford residents.
Kaplan, att for BIG, plans 2 more rebuttal witnesses, then maybe the residents will get to present evidence and/or witnesses, then it's closing arguments, then one final night for resident comment, I say look for that between March and May.
