A doctor from Haverford has been arrested for illegally selling prescriptions, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported, citing sources with the Pennsylvania State Police.

Edwin Rothman, 82, who practices osteopathic medicine in Philadelphia, was arrested after a three-year investigation, the report said.

Undercover investigators determined he was accepting cash for prescriptions for a variety of pills, Philly.com reports.
