The grant for Haverford is the second of two grants announced in Zabel’s legislative district. Upper Darby Township’s three libraries have been approved for a $25,000 grant to study the best way to modernize all three libraries. One of the branches, Upper Darby Library Primos-Secane Branch, is located in Zabel’s district.
