Water Main, Paving Work To Affect 2 Haverford Roads This Week

Sproul Road​/Route 320 and Earlington Road​ in Haverford will see daytime and nighttime restrictions this week, according to PennDOT.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Two Haverford Township highways are affected by water main and road repair work, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said Sproul Road/Route 320 and Earlington Road in Haverford will be affected this week.

Aqua Pennsylvania is planning lane restrictions with flagging on Sproul Road at the intersection of Brennan Drive Tuesday, May 29, through Friday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for water main installation, PennDOT said.

Additionally, Earlington Road will be restricted overnight this week from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning from Tuesday, May 29 through Friday, June 1 for road repair work.

The work is between Township Line Road/U.S. Route 1 and Eagle Road, PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas because slowdowns will occur.

The contractors' schedules are dependent on the weather.
