Woman Charged In Connection With Pregnant Delco Mother's Death
Dianna Brice, 21, who was pregnant and a mother, was found shot to death last week after going missing the week before.
PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia woman has been charged with abuse of a corpse, arson, and more in connection with the death of a pregnant Delaware County mother.
Tylydia Garnett, 21, of Philadelphia, was arrested Saturday by Philadelphia Police in connection with Dianna Brice's death.
Brice, 21, a pregnant mother from Lansdowne, was found shot to death near 58th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard in Southwest Philadelphia.

Garnett has been charged with arson, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, possession of an instrument of crime, conspiracy, and criminal use of a communications facility, court records show.
Details on Garnett's involvement in the incident were not made immediately available, according to Action News.

She was released after posting 10 percent of $75,000 bail, according to court records.
Brice was last seen leaving K Laundry, 544 Church Lane in Lansdowne, with her Smith at about 1 p.m. March 30.
Later that day, Smith's vehicle was found on fire near 59th and Florence streets in Philadelphia.
Brice's body was located not far from where the burned vehicle of her boyfriend Justin Smith, 23 was found.
Smith has not been found and is considered a person of interest in the case.
