
Personal Touch (PT) is a personal training program designed by Jazzercise founder Judi Sheppard Missett. The unique approach makes personal training more affordable by conducting the PT sessions with a small group. PT is designed to improve customer success, ensure exercise adherence, encourage the attainment of fitness goals, and achieve maximum results.
Classes are held at 5:05pm on Tuesdays and 5:15pm on Thursdays. Wear comfortable exercise clothes. Bring water, hand-held weights, and an exercise mat.
