Pretty interesting article that illustrates on of my blog's main points - when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. This further illustrates that there are evil people around us, willing to do us harm for no apparent reason. I choose to be prepared to exercise my inalienable right to self preservation, without having to rely on the assistance of others.
