As the borough searches for a new manager, Resti also envisions council members staying deeply involved in day-to-day borough business rather than leaving it solely to administration.

Honesdale gets a new way to pay for parking (riverreporter.com) ā Honesdale drivers will soon be able to pay for parking with the Pango app, which the borough is rolling out alongside existing coin-operated meters. A soft launch is underway now, with a full āhard startā expected by mid-September, and officials say older residents can still rely on working coin meters while the borough tightens enforcement once the app officially goes live.
