These 46 Montco Businesses Targeted In Countywide THC Crackdown: DA (dailyvoice.com) — Montgomery County prosecutors have charged 45 businesses, including Hatboro Smoke Shop on South York Road, with felony counts tied to allegedly selling illegal THC products like high‑dose gummies and vapes. The DA says the crackdown follows earlier warnings to remove unlawful items, and preliminary hearings for all defendants are set for November in county court.
