The Kasbah Café, the latest addition to Hatboro’s mile-long “Restaurant Row” features fine Mediterranean and exotic cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Chef Zack Ftouh, a graduate of the Ecole of International Cuisine in Morocco, brings a fresh and exciting menu to the Hatboro region. The former caterer for the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Franklin Institute, Chef Ftouh prepares to pamper this small borough’s dinner palette with such exquisite dishes as Braised Lamb Shoulder, Pasta Tagra, Moroccan Braised Salmon, Vegetarian Tagine and Mediterranean Sweet & Sour Salmon, plus exotic daily dinner specials.

“While driving from Philadelphia to Bucks County I fell in love with Hatboro and thought there was nothing like the Kasbah Café in the area,” commented Chef Ftouh on how he came to choose Hatboro for his latest culinary creation. “My experience serving as a chef in Spain, France and Belgium will bring an international flavor to Hatboro.”

The equally delectable lunch menu priced from $6.95 to $8.95 features salads, pitas wraps, croissants, paninis and burgers. Lunch entrees highlight a Penne Rigate with Mediterranean Sausage for $15.95 and a Half Roasted Chicken for $9.95.

The Kasbah offers soups, salads, appetizers, desserts and a special kids menu.
