HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —Drive by the Chick-fil-A on Welsh Road and you're bound to see a mob of motorists. The drive-through line wraps around the restaurant and the mass of customers is endless from the restaurant's opening at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast until its closing at 10 p.m.

It's the same every day except Sunday when the eatery is closed.

While the business will still be booming, a proposal is in place to alleviate some of the congestion around this chicken-based operation.
