HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Hatboro-Horsham School District mourned the sudden passing of a beloved teacher and also chose to outsource its child care programs, Meanwhile, a Hatboro bakery honored retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
