Councilwoman Accused In Hatboro 'Disturbance': Police Report
Hatboro Councilwoman Nicole Shay has been named in a police report regarding an incident at a borough bar.
HATBORO, PA — Hatboro Borough Councilwoman Nicole M. Shay was involved in a "disturbance" at a borough bar in late October, according to a police report.
Shay, a Democrat, was accused in a "disturbance" that was reported at 12:57 a.m. on Oct. 26, the police report states.
Shay was one of five people mentioned in the report that was closed by Hatboro Police Chief Mark Ruegg with a warning issued. No charges were issued in connection with the incident.

"A Walk-In Reporting a Disturbance that occurred the night prior at the Crooked Eye Brewery," the report's disposition states.
The report names Shay as the accused, Rachel Hartman as the complainant, James Michael Hartman, Susan Clark, and another person who is reportedly underage as associates.
