Crayola Apologizes For Off-Color Posts After Facebook Hack
Sexually-explicit cartoons depicting women's breasts were among the offensive items posted by the hackers, leaving fans confused and upset.
Crayola’s social media team is likely red in the face after hackers took over the company’s Facebook page Sunday, posting off-color photos and sexually explicit memes to its more than 2.4 million fans.
For several hours, the page was filled with posts not suitable for children. Soon after, the hack was acknowledged by the Pennsylvania-based company via Twitter.
“We don’t condone the inappropriate & offensive content being posted to the fraudulent Crayola FB page & sincerely apologize to our fans,” the company posted Sunday.

“Seems as though a lot of atypical junk has been posted by this page yesterday and today...were you hacked, or have you decided to abandon the creativity that crayola provides and go with nastiness? Kinda concerned,” one Facebook user posted on the page.
