Crooked Eye Brewery Expanding Into Bucks County On Saturday
The longtime Hatboro staple will team up with a Chalfont restaurant to open a second location in early May.

HATBORO, PA —Crooked Eye Brewery is expanding into Bucks County.
The well-known staple in the borough for the past decade announced Friday that it plans to team up with a restaurant in Chalfont and open a second location in May.
On May 4, Crooked Eye Brewery and Fusion Kitchen restaurant of Chalfont will join forces to bring the brewery’s new location into the already existing restaurant.

Fusion Kitchen’s owner and Executive Chef, Walt Marshall, brings to the table 30 years of culinary experience in all cuisines, has trained under several international chefs (including iron chefs Jose Garces and Morimoto), and worked under the Stephen Starr restaurant umbrella in Philly’s fine dining scene for 10 years before opening Fusion Kitchen in 2021, Crooked Eye Brewery said.
The restaurant brings a taste of the city to the burbs. Menu items feature award-winning salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.

The chef focuses on a global and artistic spin on food, including dishes like Drunken Mussels, Oyster Po’ Boy Sandwich, Korean BBQ Flank Steak, Cubano sandwich, and even the novelty Fusion Donut (a mac & cheese donut filled with pulled pork or buffalo chicken).
The collaborative effort will feature eight Crooked Eye brews on tap, 1 guest tap, Pennsylvania wines, spirits, and ciders, and will eventually sell its beers to go.
The restaurant seats up to 50 people in its dining area, plus bar seating, and will offer live music every Friday and Saturday and a trivia night is in the works.
On May 4, the brewery opening kicks off with an all-day celebration starting with a Kentucky Derby-themed party, mint juleps, and derby-style foods, and live music from the Crooked Eye House Band starting at 7 p.m.
