The 's Hatboro Haunts hasn't forgotten the younger children and those who don't like scary stuff. On Oct. 29, younger children are invited to the not-so-scary matinee, which features a toned down version of the haunted hay ride and amusement rides.
Also featured are traditional Hatboro Halloween events:
- From noon to 2 p.m. trick-or-treaters can participate in the Halloween stroll through the York Road business district
- At 2 p.m. is the costume parade and contest at the chamber office, 220 York Road
- Also at 2 p.m. is pumpkin painting (until supplies run out)
All events with the exception of the Halloween stroll, will take place at Miller Meadow, York and Horsham Roads (across from the Old Mill Inn).
