School District Praises Hatboro-Horsham Administrator

Brea D'Angelo, Director of Educational Affairs for the last five years, has been appointed as schools superintendent in Jenkintown.

HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Hatboro-Horsham School District has praised its administrator moving on to become a superintendent in another school district.

Brea D'Angelo — who has served as Director of Educational Affairs for the last five years — was appointed as schools superintendent by the Jenkintown school board.

D’Angelo will begin her new role on July 13.

"On behalf of the Hatboro-Horsham School District, we share both heartfelt pride and sincere gratitude," school officials said in a statement. "Dr. D’Angelo has been an integral part of our Hatter community."

School officials said D-Angelo has served in multiple leadership roles—from Assistant Principal at Keith Valley Middle School to Principal of Pennypack Elementary School, and most recently as the Director of Educational Affairs as a central office administrator.

"Her leadership has helped shape programs, support our staff, and positively impact countless students and families," school officials said.

"While we will deeply miss her presence, partnership, and leadership in Hatboro-Horsham, we are incredibly proud to see one of our own step into a superintendency," school officials said. "This is a well-deserved recognition of her talent, commitment, and passion for public education. Once a Hatter, always a Hatter."
