Former State Rep. Stephens Appointed To Horsham Military Authority

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —Among the moves made at its reorganization meeting earlier this month, the Horsham Township Council also appointed almost 25 people to various township boards, among them former state Rep. Todd Stephens.

Stephens had been recently honored by the council for his 12 years as state representative of the 151st Legislative District. He lives in Horsham Township.

Stephens was appointed to a two-year term to the Military Installation Remediation and Infrastructure Authority.

Also, while Gregory Nesbitt resigned from the council at the end of the year, he will also serve one year on that board with Stephens.

• Kyle Carr to a five-year appointment to the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority.
• Bart Allgeier to a five-year appointment to the Park and Recreation Board.
• Gary Bissig to a four-year appointment to the Police Pension Advisory Board.
• Gary Riley to a five-year appointment to the Horsham Industrial and Commercial Development Authority.
• Ed Knight to a one-year appointment to the Horsham Industrial and Commercial Development Authority.
• Gary Adams to a three-year appointment to the Zoning Hearing Board.
• Ashlee Biondo to a two-year appointment to the Zoning Hearing Board.
• Robert Ehlenberger to a five-year appointment to the Environmental Advisory Board.
• Marc Newell to a five-year appointment to the Environmental Advisory Board.
• Robin Kirstein to a five-year appointment to the Historical Advisory Commission.
