Former Toll Brothers Headquarters May Be Razed In Horsham
The Dresher Road property would be revamped for light manufacturing and a warehouse.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —The former headquarters of Toll Brothers may be razed.
At a recent meeting, the Horsham Township Council reviewed a zoning hearing board application by Rock Realty Associates and 250 Gibraltar Horsham LLC to raze the former headquarters at Dresher and Gibraltar roads.
Two buildings would be constructed at the 17-acre property with two-thirds of the space being used for light manufacturing and the remaining third for warehousing.

For that to happen, the council has requested that the builder make a roof adjustment so some mechanical equipment cannot be seen. The council is also seeking sidewalks and parking considerations.

Walker said the township has maintained its Aa1 rating from Moody’s Investment Service as it received last year. Walker said the reason the township does not have the highest rating is because the former Willow Grove Navy Base is vacant. He said once the base is developed, the township should achieve the highest bond and credit rating. "We are doing very good with our finances," he said.
