Horsham Man Listed As Most Wanted Criminal Fugitive

A Horsham man has been listed as one of Montgomery County's Most Wanted Criminal Fugitives.

Garner Otis Self III, 30, is wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for numerous counts, including driving under the influence with a BAC of .16, officials said.

He's also charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, unlawful restraint with serious bodily injury, and theft of services, according to the Sheriff's Office.

His last known address is 112 Horsham Road, Apartment D.
