New Medical Center Opens In Horsham

HORSHAM, PA — Abington-Jefferson Health opened a new health center in Horsham on Friday — the group's seventh outpatient facility in Montgomery and Bucks counties.

Abington-Jefferson Health Horsham is located at 118 Welsh Rd., Unit A. The building's entrance is behind the 116 Welsh Rd. building that includes AT&T, REMIX Fitness and Profile Sanford.

The 20,000-square foot facility includes three medical practices: Internal Medicine Associates of Abington-Maple Glen, Abington Primary Women's Healthcare Group and Endocrine Specialists.

It has a full-service laboratory onsite for patients needing blood work and other lab tests.

"We’re very excited to welcome current and new patients to our seventh outpatient facility," said Meg McGoldrick, president of Abington-Jefferson Health. "Our new Horsham location provides yet another opportunity for our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality outpatient care that’s easily accessible to our community."

Abington-Jefferson Health Horsham currently is offering select patient services. All services at the facility are scheduled to be operational by Aug. 2.

Abington-Jefferson's other outpatient health centers are located in Willow Grove, Warminster, Blue Bell, Lower Gwynedd, Montgomeryville and Elkins Park.
