HATBORO, PA —The Hatboro Police Department is investigating a disturbance involving an irate customer at Amy's Family Pizzeria Thursday night that was captured on a Tiktok video.
In the video, an unidentified customer in the video confronts a counter employee over a Spanish-language channel being on in the eatery. She demands a refund and then threatens to "look up" the employee and "get them out of town." In the expletive-filled viral video, the woman claims her family as been part of the Hatboro community for 200 years and that her grandfather fought in World War II.

Police said they de-escalated the dispute with the customer at the eatery on the 300 block of South York Road. The video lasts for nearly five minutes. All parties involved were identified by police at the scene.
On its Facebook page, Amy's posted that it appreciates "all the love and support" from its customers.
"We do not support anyone trying to find this woman and accusing innocent people," Amy's said. "Please do not blow up our phones. That does not show your support. Please be respectful and do not accuse innocent people."
Police are reviewing a video of the incident and the investigation is ongoing. Names of those involved are not being released at this time.
"It has also come to the attention of the police department that the video of the incident is circulating on social media and some people have falsely identified the woman depicted in the video" the police department said in a statement. "We strongly suggest people cease and desist the attachment of false or mistaken names and identities to this video, as the identity of the individual(s) involved are known to police."
