Attorney Ed Murphy and an engineer returned to the council at its April 12 meeting after a back-and-forth between the council and the planning commission.
The planning commission had wanted the developer, RCM VII LLC, to install a 4-5-foot-high berm along County Line Road. That meant another review of the project's stormwater management plan. for the project.

The plans were revised and brought back to the council at a prior meeting. The council and developer agreed to several waivers regarding parking and some distance issues for stopping and open space.
The council then requested the berm be raised to 6 or 7 feet. The developer agreed and sought preliminary/final approval during the meeting.
But Council President Mark McCouch told Murphy that plans needed to go back to the planning commission first for final approval before the council could sign off on the project.
Plans should now be ready to go for those approvals at the May 10 meeting, township officials said.
