ā¢ Driver leaves the scene of accident on Rt. 220 (sungazette.com) ā Emergency crews from the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department responded Sunday to a one-car crash into a guardrail on Route 220 north, but the driver had already left the scene. Officials say the damage was mostly to the vehicleās front end, with no clear signs of severe injury, though they cautioned injuries were still possible if the driver was unbelted.
