• Montgomery County organizations receive $3 million for affordable housing (pottsmerc.com subscription) — Montgomery County groups just received more than $3 million in state housing funds, and Jenkintown-based Clarifi will get $80,000 for countywide housing counseling. The grants will support homelessness prevention, emergency repairs, new affordable units, and key renovations in communities from Norristown to Pottstown, aiming to keep more residents safely housed.
