Former Cambria County inmate sentenced to two years as part of racketeering case (wtaj.com) — A federal judge in Johnstown has added two more years to the sentence of a former Cambria County Prison inmate involved in a racketeering scheme. Prosecutors say the inmate helped bribe staff to smuggle Suboxone into the jail in 2023, then sold it to other inmates. He’ll serve the new time consecutively to an earlier lengthy drug-trafficking sentence.

Top WWE Stars Headed To NXT (ewrestlingnews.com) — Top WWE names Bayley, PENTA, and Grayson Waller are scheduled to appear at an NXT live event in Johnstown on May 17, giving local fans a rare chance to see major stars up close. The stop is part of a three-city weekend loop through Buffalo, Canton, and finally Johnstown.
