• Bishop McCort looks to continue lawsuit, responds to remaining defendants' dismissal motion (tribdem.com) — Bishop McCort Catholic Academy in Johnstown is pressing ahead with its federal lawsuit over Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference rule changes, despite settlements with 13 districts. The school argues remaining districts, including Greater Johnstown and several area systems, could still try to oust it, and is asking a judge to reject a motion claiming the case is now moot.
