Cockroaches, Food-Safety Lapses Cited at Downingtown Hibachi (mychesco.com) — Chester County health inspectors flagged Presto Pizza in Kennett Square for a too-warm Pepsi cooler and repeat date-marking and cooling violations, requiring food disposal and equipment replacement.
