• 5th Annual Montco Jazz Fest Hosts Include Local Venues (travelswiththepost.com) — Starting today, King of Prussia residents can catch multiple free and no-cover Montco Jazz Fest performances right in town, from evening sets at Eddie V's and Eataly to a Town Center concert. The six-day countywide festival, running Sept. 15–20, also features tributes to Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Tony Bennett, with stages spread across Lansdale, Pottstown, Norristown, and more.
   

• Netflix House building in King of Prussia sold for $60 million (inquirer.com) — A major King of Prussia landmark just changed hands, as the 100,000-square-foot building housing Netflix House on North Gulph Road sold for $60 million to experiential-focused developer EPR Properties. Netflix remains locked into a long-term lease, so residents can expect the immersive venue's mini golf, VR games, and show-themed experiences to continue operating under the new owner.
