Milanj Diamonds is hosting storewide retirement sale at King of Prussia Mall

Popular Philadelphia area jeweler retiring; big liquidation sale underway
After four decades at the helm of Milanj Diamonds, founder and owner Jalil Bami, known as “Mr.Milanj” is stepping down to retire.
The 68-year-old jeweler, known for his warmth, generosity, and love of people, says he plans to keep working part-time while focusing on his health and charitable work. “I still love what I do, just like the first day,” Milanj said. “But now it’s time for me to slow down a little.”
Milanj Diamonds hosts huge retirement sale
To celebrate retirement, Milanj Diamonds is hosting a major storewide retirement sale at King of Prussia Mall to liquidate all inventory. The event will feature jewelry from all over the world. Other highlights include one-of-a-kind pieces and dazzling bridal sets. Gemstones including rubies, sapphires and emeralds will also be for sale.
“For this event, we are bringing merchandise from all over the world to the King of Prussia Mall,” he said. “This is a great value for customers because many pieces have already been in our inventory gold and diamond prices climbed so high.” Nearly 90 percent of the inventory will be unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else.
A legacy built on hard work and perseverance
Milanj Diamonds opened in 1984 to bring world-class diamonds and craftsmanship to Philadelphia-area customers. He grew the business into seven thriving locations across the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey region. In 1995, he consolidated his businesses into a single flagship location at King of Prussia, the third largest mall in America.
“I wanted to change somebody’s life by selling an engagement ring,” he said. “When you sell a diamond, you’re part of a memory — part of someone’s happiness.”
