In addition to the apartment complex, 15,500 square feet of the ground level will be dedicated to retail, officials announced.
And they are wasting no time getting underway: a groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Nov. 14, units will be available for reservation next spring, and they'll be ready for move in by fall 2018.

The property was purchased from the Lansdale Parking Authority, which said they no longer needed the lot due to the construction of the parking garage.
“We’re looking forward to contributing to all the exciting new development that has recently occurred in Lansdale,” said George Haines, Vice President of Equus who oversaw the acquisition of the site, in a statement. “Our thoughtfully designed residences and central location will appeal to those who value quality and convenience in a walkable and historic downtown setting.”
Wulff Architects designed the complex, which has been dubbed "Madison Lansdale Station."
It will feature one and two bedroom apartments, an outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge areas, indoor dog wash, and a package delivery center.
