2 Children Hit By Car At Bus Stop In Montgomery Township
Breaking: Two children were hit by a car while waiting at a school bus stop on Wednesday morning in Montgomery Township, police said.

MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — Two children were hospitalized after being hit by a car at a school bus stop on Wednesday morning in Montgomery Township, police said.
The incident occurred at around 7:33 a.m. near the intersection of Canterbury Lane and Grays Lane.
The driver, a 44-year-old man from Buena Park, California, is believed to have a medical condition that caused him to swerve off the road and hit the children, police said.

He was driving his 2019 Cadillac CTS up to a slight curve at Grays Lane, but was unable to make it around, jumping up the curb hitting the children as they waited for their bus.
The victims, both 14-year-old students, were treated at the scene by the Volunteer Medical Services Corps, and then taken to Abington Hospital for further treatment. They have both since been released.

No charges have yet been filed. The incident is under investigation.
