August 29, 2016- Guest Speaker: Eileen Cuce', HHC, AADP. Eileen is a Holistic Health practitioner from Five Elements Holistic Health. The Benefits of Juicing. Eileen will share the benefits of juicing, how to juice and what to juice. She will be preparing a Liver Detox juice to sample.

September 26, 2016- Guest Speaker: Allie Cashel,  author of Suffering the Silence: Chronic Lyme in an Age of Denial. A 2013 graduate of Bard College, Allie began writing about her journey with Lyme for her senior thesis project. The project developed into a full length memoir of her journey and includes stories of other chronic Lyme patient from around the world. Allie is a passionate advocate for Lyme Disease awareness and treatment reform.

October 24, 2016- Guest Speaker: Dr. Andre Garabedian from the Garabedian Clinic. Dr. Garabedian is a board certified Family Practice and Integrative Health & Medicine practitioner and member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Medical Society. Dr. Garabedian will speak on Lyme disease transmission, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment.

Each speaker presentation is followed by a question & answer period. The last 1/2- 1 hour is open for those who would like network and share experiences and ideas with other group members.
