Enjoy a reading of the Christmas classic, ”The Polar Express,” followed by a screening of the movie. The fun starts at 6:30 p.m.

Take the Kids to Meet Santa

The Santa House in Lansdale will be open through Dec. 20 on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.; Fridays from 6:30 to 8 p.m.; and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon. It is located on W. Main and Madison Streets, across from Railroad Plaza.

Check Out the Geminids Meteor Shower

The peak times for viewing the Geminids – known as the “fireball” meteor shower because of their frequency and intensity – are late Saturday night into Sunday morning
