The Lansdale establishment is being sold by Tranzon Alderfer at the Alderfer Auction Center in Hatfield
At 4 p.m. today, the will likely be sold at an auction.
The property is owned by BNB Bank of New York. The bank contacted Tranzon Alderfer to sell the property, according to sales associate Jason Yoder.
Also being sold at 4 p.m. is a split-level home at 615 E. Hancock St. in Lansdale.

The sale of the home is for the estate of Warren W. Wales, according to a flyer from Tranzon Alderfer.
The home features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a one-car garage. The home also boasts hardwood floors and landscaping.
