Montgomery County has six of the best high schools in the Delaware Valley, according to a newly published list.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Montgomery County has six of the best high schools in the Delaware Valley, according to a newly published list.
They were included among 40 other high schools on a list recently published by Philadelphia Magazine.
The Montco schools that were honored included Methacton, Harriton, Lower Moreland, Lower Merion, Upper Dublin, and Wissahickon.

The magazine used the data from the Pennsylvania and New Jersey departments of education and the National Center for Education Statistics to look at factor's such as enrollment, student-teacher ratio, SAT scores, and students who go on to attend college, among other factors.
