Aggressive Driving Enforcement Campaign Set In Greater Lansdale Area
Local police will put out additional patrols for speeding, distracted driving, work zone awareness, and more.
LANSDALE, PA — Aggressive driving enforcement patrols will be in place throughout the greater Lansdale area as local authorities partner with state officials as part of a larger effort.
The patrols will be in place from March 18 to April 28. More than 300 other municipal law enforcement agencies around the state are participating.
Distracted driving, speeding, and work zone awareness will be the focus of the crackdown.

Enforcement typically focuses on areas that where speed, alcohol, and similar factors have been identified as a factor in previous accidents.
Enforcement will also include child restraint systems, proper licensing, insurance, vehicle registration, equipment, and other traffic violations.
