Arnold's Way or the Highway

Arnold Kauffman, owner of in Lansdale, has the healing answer for every disease out there.

“They come to me, and within 15 minutes, I’ll give them an answer for every disease out there,” he said. “I don’t care what disease it is. It’s the same principle: Remove the cause. Give the body a healthy, young addition, and the body will heal itself. If it cannot be healed by the body, it cannot be healed.”

Food is just one of several factors in reversing any disease, he said.

“It’s not just based on food; it’s based on love,” he said. “As soon as you cook the food, the love is taken away.”

Everything at Arnold’s Way is raw, from the ice cream to the pizza.

It’s all made from vegetables and fruit.

“Fruits and veggies are probably the top notch food for the healing process,” Kauffman said.

“My rule of thumb is, if it takes you more than five minutes, costs you more than $5, more than five ingredients, it’s a waste of your time,” he said.

Arnold’s Way is also home to the Special Green Smoothie, an 800-calorie, vitamin-rich, nutrient-rich drink.

Or as Kauffman calls it, “the key to well-being.”

“It creates an energetic vibration for a peaceful existence within you,” he said.
