Wow! Did anyone see last night's 20/20? The show had a segment on mold inspectors. To summarize the segment they had seven different mold inspectors come in and examine a property. Out of the seven inspectors some found mold while others did not and between all of them there was no consistency in results or charges for the inspection. This goes to show how important it is to utilize the value of your real estate agent to assist you in finding a certified and reputable contractor!
