Summary of Position: Assists and maintains and / or repairs grounds/landscaping, physical structures and machinery and / or mechanical structures to ensure the building and its contents continue to be operational by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following –
Additional duties will be assigned as necessary.

• Perform preventative maintenance activities by following all procedures, which also include the supporting controlled documentation of completion utilizing maintenance logs and/or eMaintenance.
• Assist with prep and packaging of molds or equipment for shipment.
• Perform routine landscaping activities including –
o Weeding
o Create flower beds and / or plant flowers, trees, shrubs, etc.
• Perform general and / or custodial building maintenance –
o Clean internal or external areas of the buildings as directed
o Buffing
o Dusting
o Sweeping
o Mopping
o Wash windows
o Empty trashcans
o Minor plumbing matters
o Minor electrical matters –
 Replace worn/defective parts – switches and fuses
 Change lightbulbs
 Change lighting fixtures
• Interior and External painting, i.e., walls, trim, flooring, ceiling, etc.
• Perform repairs on parking lot and sidewalks utilizing cold patching materials, asphalt, or concrete.
• Snow removal / Ice removal
o Operate snow removal equipment
o Shovel
o Salt
• Performs repairs to various parts of the building, including –
o Brick
o Stone
o Concrete
o Wood
• Replace
o Worn or damage parts, such as, hoses, belts, etc.
• Assist with moving office furniture and equipment
• Create punch list of items that need attention from the building walk thru.
o Report out to Manager for directives
