So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe

The So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe is located at 3401 W Skippack Pike in Cedars in the shops at the corner of Bustard Road and Skippack Pike. The Cafe offers a wide variety of menu items and serves dinner on Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 4-8pm and breakfast & lunch on Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm. Mahi tacos, Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Grilled Salmon, Mac and Cheese, Turkey Burgers and Roasted Veggie Bowls are favorites.

"So Much to Give” is a social skills program created by Maureen Stanko launched in early 2022 under the charity of Pillars of Light and Love in Trappe, PA. Inspired by the need to create opportunities for her son with autism, its mission helps young adults with disabilities to gain personal fulfillment by utilizing their unique gifts & talents to make a positive difference in the community.

Maureen's friend, Tyler Kammerle, had been developing an innovative restaurant concept that seeks to further this mission by merging the idea of employing people with amazing abilities and implementing accessible systems to help create a truly inclusive dining experience for all. Because of this, Kathy Opperman, the Founder and President of Pillars of Light and Love brought the concept to her Board and Directors, who voted to work in tandem with Tyler to open the Café, and Maureen was more than eager to help with the project. Thanks to the hard work of many and endless support from the community, the So Much to Give Inclusive Café was able to open in November of 2022, just 6 months after Kathy and Tyler crossed paths! Over $150,000 was raised to install a commercial kitchen and renovate the location in Cedars into a welcoming place!

Tyler is now the restaurant's General Manager who has developed creative systems at the Cafe for the 45 employees with various abilities. The Cafe is offering Dinner Events including Bingo and will include various workshops including learning American Sign Language (ASL), Time and Stress Management and more!
