All of the 30+ instructors at The Conservatory have higher education in music and undergo an extensive interview process prior to joining the faculty. According to Executive Director, Rachael Gallagher, “The Conservatory’s fundamental philosophy has always been one that ultimately supports the bond that occurs between student and teacher. That perfect ‘harmony’ is really important. It’s one of the many reasons why The Conservatory is an excellent school. I am extremely proud of our faculty and their accomplishments. Without their dedication and thoughtfulness, we would not be the school we are today.”
