Cops: Alleged Home Invader Who Sat In Garage With Scented Candle Waives Hearing
"Oh, I thought this was my homie's," the suspect allegedly said when confronted at the Lansdale home.

A Philadelphia man, arrested in April after police said he invaded a Lansdale home and set up a strange scene inside the garage, has waived his hearing, according to police.
Marcus Taylor Bellamy, 23, will now head to trial on two criminal charges, police said.
Bellamy was caught sitting inside a garage on Woodland Avenue at about 11 a.m. on April 26. He was sitting on a beach chair with a scented candle at his foot, according to police.

He also had a milk crate set up as a foot rest and had set his phone case down on top of a bag of gardening debris, police said.
“Oh, I thought this was my homie’s,” Bellamy allegedly said when confronted by the homeowner, according to police.

Bellamy walked out of the garage and the homeowner called for help, leading several neighbors to come out and tackle Bellamy to the ground, police said.
“Ok, you got me,” the apparently diminutive Bellamy said, according to police.
It is still unclear what Bellamy was doing inside the garage, officials said.
The homeowner did not recognize Bellamy and said that Bellamy did not have permission to sit inside of the garage, according to police.
