About UFC Gym Lansdale
Our UFC Gym is a 9,200 square foot high end boutique cardio gym featuring Boxing/Kickboxing workouts using the same training techniques as the UFC fighters. We sell UFC branded clothing and apparel as well as other MMA, boxing and fitness products. We also offer Private Training. Our classes include Boxing, kickboxing, Daily Ultimate Training, and TRX workouts designed around a strength and conditioning program consisting of a mix of aerobic exercise and calisthenics. We offer various types of memberships. As a member you have unlimited access to our 51 weekly classes and over 120 other UFC Gyms across the country.
UFC GYM focuses on the 55 minute boxing workout that can burn as much as 1000 calories. This gym is a dynamic fitness facility offering total body workouts through unique classes utilizing boxing and kickboxing movements. It has been agreed that boxers and UFC fighters are some of the fittest athletes in the world and their workout regime can burn as much as 1000 calories per workout. Based on the UFC’s experiences with its elite MMA athletes the UFC has taken their workout routine and turned it into an exciting 55 minute hour instructor lead workout for families, including men, kids and soccer moms. Our membership is evenly distributed 50% male and 50% female. UFC GYM is not about competitive boxing, MMA or learning to box but rather the workout and fitness routine of the world’s most fit athletes. Members are able to burn calories at a high rate, which helps increase weight loss improve muscle tone and leave them with an exhilarating sense of empowerment. The value proposition is that the members receive “personal training quality” at a fraction of the cost.
Our classes are 55 minutes including a warm-up, a skill development segment, a high-intensity workout, an ab workout and a cool down period of stretching.
We utilize equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and resistance bands. We focus on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement, drawing on categories and exercises such as calisthenics, weightlifting, plyometrics, body weight exercises, aerobic exercise, running, Boxing and Kickboxing.
