• Bucks County Foodshed Alliance Seeks Pumpkin Donations for Area Farms (wmmr.com) — Chalfont residents can give their leftover jack-o’-lanterns a second life by dropping them at Rustic Valley Orchard on Upper Stump Road, where they’ll be used to feed farm animals. The Bucks County Foodshed Alliance has organized several similar drop-off sites across the county and reminds donors to avoid painted or moldy pumpkins and to follow each location’s specific instructions.
