MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, PA — A utility pole came down on Route 309 in Montgomery Township Thursday morning, causing significant backups and delays around the area, officials said.

The incident occurred at around 6:45 a.m.

Lanes were restricted near the intersection with Gwynedd Crossing Drive.
