On Saturday, March 31, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, we will teach you how to get the most out of your fitness kickboxing workout by learning proper punching and kicking techniques, how to use these techniques to work specific muscle groups, and methods to prevent injuries. The workshop will end with a one-hour fitness kickboxing workout where you can piece together everything you’ve learned and put it directly into practice.
